Wet-pour safety surfacing is an impact absorbent tiered system, primarily used in schools, nurseries and local authority playgrounds.
The base layer is installed using a recycled SBR rubber crumb, mixed with polyurethane, this layer will start at a nominal depth of 25mm and increase accordingly dependent upon the CFH of play equipment. Our sales team can offer further guidance on this if required.
The wearing course layer is installed to a depth of 15mm – 18mm, this can be in black, recycled from former EPDM particles, or in colour EPDM.
We can create various colour schemes and patterns within the surface to suit our client’s bespoke projects.
